Hey Carol, 32cm is quite a small wok, which should be fine but also the important thing is the curvature ie. that the base can fit snugly into the stove (eg. if it's too shallow it might end up just "floating" above it). The temperature can be controlled, yes, and also I will be bringing more in by late Oct. If you're based in Sydney you're welcome to check out my stove at my place :)

Hi Jackie

Any plans of getting the concave induction stove again? Can the temperature be controlled?

Can you please re confirm if the small wok is 44cm diameter? Seemed like a big wok. Mine is just 32cm.

Hi Jackie, I made your Samosa’s yesterday….!! Woooww…. they were so delicious. It was quite some work, but it was actually not difficult at all. I saved the recipe for a next time! And I made a whole batch which I put in the freezer for a next time. Wonderful.
