As per last year, a certain “superstar chef and Cabra Community member” (hey, I’m just quoting the Cabramatta FB page) will be onstage to do a cooking demonstration, so if you’re based in Sydney, do try and catch me at 3.10pm on the John Street main stage.

Masterchef’s Lisa Diep and Jenny Lam will also be there, as will kids’ superheroes PJ Masks. This year’s evening entertainment will be headlined by Vietnamese-American pop singer Minh Tuyet, who is performing from 6pm.

This is one of the biggest events on Sydney’s calendar, with something for everyone and entertainment running all day into the evening.
