										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h3>Recipe for Maggi Ketam (Claypot Crab with Maggi Noodles) from Indra Tom Yam</h3>
<p dir="ltr">One trend I’ve noticed in my trips to Malaysia in recent years is the use of <strong>Maggi</strong> ie. <strong>instant noodles in some street food dishes</strong>. You might come across <strong>Maggi Goreng</strong> (ie. fried Maggi noodles) cooked Mee Goreng-style at some food courts, and I’ve had <strong>Maggi Udang</strong> ie. Mee Udang (Malay prawn noodles) served with Maggi noodles as well.</p>
<p>During our trip to Kelantan, we visited an outdoor restaurant famous for its <strong>Maggi Ketam &#8211; Maggi Noodles with Crab</strong>.</p>

<h3 dir="ltr">MAGGI KETAM (Kelantan Crab Noodles)</h3>
<h4>INGREDIENTS:</h4>
<ul>
<li>2 Tbsp Cooking oil</li>
<li>3 Cloves garlic, minced</li>
<li>1/2 brown onion, chopped</li>
<li>1 Tbsp Chillies, minced</li>
<li>1 Tbsp Oyster sauce</li>
<li>1 Tbsp Chilli sauce</li>
<li>½ Tbsp Lime juice</li>
<li>Chinese greens (Choy Sum or similar)</li>
<li>1 Tbsp peppercorns</li>
<li>1/3 Tbsp chicken stock granules</li>
<li>1/3 Tbsp Curry Powder</li>
<li>1/2 Tbsp Dried Shrimp, ground</li>
<li>4-5 pcs Crabs, medium size (optional &#8211; prawns, squid &amp; chicken)</li>
<li>2 packs Maggi Noodles</li>
<li>1L Shrimp stock</li>
</ul>
<h4> METHOD:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Heat oil in a wok and fry the garlic, onion and minced chilli.</li>
<li>Pour in some shrimp stock.</li>
<li>Add chilli sauce, oyster sauce, chicken stock granules and curry powder.</li>
<li>Add the crabs and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Add the cabbage, prawns, squid and chicken.</li>
<li>Add Maggi noodles. Cook another 3 minutes, then remove from heat and serve.</li>
