<h3><strong>Pan-fried Salmon with Soya Bean Sauce Recipe </strong></h3>
<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">250g salmon cutlets</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">1 Tbsp oil</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">2 tsps minced garlic</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">3 bird’s eye chillies, sliced</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">2 slices ginger, cut into shreds</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">2 Tbsp ground bean/soya bean/yellow bean sauce</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">¼ cup water</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">2 tsps honey</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>METHOD:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drizzle oil in frying pan and fry salmon cutlets on medium heat, leaving the middle layer pink (per in video).</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Remove and set aside. Add garlic, ginger and chillies in frying pan and sauté until garlic is aromatic and slightly crispy.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Add all other ingredients and cook until sauce is reduced and slightly thickened. Pour over fish and serve.</span></li>
