I really enjoyed myself and the four “pupils” all seemed to get on well together which made it a great day. I was so pleased that each of the laksas worked so well. I actually used the left over paste for the nonya laksa to make lunch for myself today and it still tasted good.

I will be happy to spread the news about your classes. Emma and I have decided to call in to see you at Orange Grove in the next few weeks.

You were a wonderful teacher and it was a delight to meet you. Best wishes
