Hi Ben, good question - with the rice cooker I&#039;d do it the same way as boiling it in a pot, except I don&#039;t have to worry about changing the heat setting since it&#039;s all automated.  I guess you&#039;d know with a rice cooker, it&#039;s meant to be ready when the &#039;cook&#039; button pops up - but especially with coconut rice, it doesn&#039;t always mean it is.  If the rice isn&#039;t cooked through properly, what I do is wait a couple of minutes, then press the button down again to get it to continue cooking - a bit of a pain, I know!]]></description>
